Dr. Florian Kloster studied at Saarland University and the University of St.Gallen and received his doctorate in the field of international taxation of financial services. He is a German certified tax advisor and author of numerous publications in the field of national and international tax law. He was a lecturer at various universities in Germany and Liechtenstein for many years. Previously, he was Assistant Professor for business taxation, international and Liechtenstein tax law at the University of Liechtenstein.

Dominik Tribelhorn is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert. Dominik has more than 10 years of experience in the field of national and international corporate tax consulting. Moreover, he has extensive expertise in advising and implementing tax efficient structures as well as in negotiating with the relevant tax authorities. Before that, he worked as Senior Manager with focus on Liechtenstein for a Big-4 firm.
