After graduating in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Sascha Bonderer began his professional career in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Zurich in 1998. He completed his training as a certified auditor in Switzerland in parallel to his profession. Following his position at PwC, he became CEO of an internationally active industrial company. Sascha Bonderer has been executive officer since 2013 and a managing partner since 2018.

Harald Beck
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Real Estate
Harald Beck has been active in the areas of design work, project planning, construction management and cost management for several years. As a general and total contractor, he gained valuable experience in the development and realisation of real estate projects with wohn-loft Immobilien AG. His background as a real estate economist provides him with a practical, generalist real estate perspective with the necessary professional and technical expertise. Harald Beck has been executive officer since 2013 and managing partner since 2020.

Johannes Meier
Director of Finance
Johannes Meier joined CONFIDA in 2005 after completing his studies as a business economist FH. In 2018, he completed his in-service training to become a certified expert in accounting and controlling. In addition to his role as Director of Finance of the CONFIDA Group, he oversees various SME mandates in all business management matters. He has been director and member of the Executive Board since 2023.
