In business since 1964, the CONFIDA Group is now one of the leading companies for construction and real estate services, tax and management consulting, accounting and auditing in Liechtenstein. CONFIDA employs around 70 people in Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The companies are in the hands of a foundation and the managing partners.

The business units Real Estate, Construction Management and General Contracting of CONFIDA Immobilien AG deal with the conception, realisation and supervision of architecture and real estate projects.

As a tradition-conscious company, the CONFIDA Group deepens and maintains the trust placed in it through its actions and services and meets the challenges of an ever-changing time.

A traditional company

2020
With the participation of Harald Beck, the Confida Group also reinforces the partnership with the managing director in the real estate segment and consequently focusing on consistency and dynamics. Confida Holding AG remains the main shareholder.

2018
With the participation of Sascha Bonderer, the Confida Group strengthens the partnership with the managing director and thus focuses on consistency and dynamics. The Marxer family remains the main shareholder.

2014
Realignment of the CONFIDA Group. The individual services were spun off into different companies to be best positioned for future competition. In order to generate further added value for our customers, wohn-loft Immobilien AG was acquired. Within a short time, this company has positioned itself well on the market as a developer and general contractor for residential and commercial properties.

1993
The asset management business was spun off into the newly founded Centrum Bank AG. This expanded the range of services relating to the preservation and enhancement of client assets and their management.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

1988
Adulf Peter Goop retired and handed over the company share to his son Dr Peter Goop, who himself retired from the company in 2007.​​​​​​​

1964
​​​​​​​CONFIDA Holding Ltd. is founded by Dr. Peter Marxer and Adulf Peter Goop. This represented a significant entrepreneurial step and ideally complemented the range of services offered by the Marxer law firm. From now on, companies as well as private individuals also could be served in the areas of bookkeeping and accounting, real estate services, corporate and tax consulting and auditing.
